As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to advance its digital ecosystem and enhance the quality of academic and media content published across its official websites, the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University participated in an in-person workshop organized by the University Presidency for website administrators. The workshop was held on Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM and aimed to introduce the University’s new electronic platforms and develop mechanisms for managing academic and news content.
The College of Administrative Sciences was represented at the workshop by Assist. Lecturer Ahmed Mohammed Jawad, website administrator of the college, alongside the website administrators of the college's departments. Their participation formed part of the broader attendance of website administrators from across the university's colleges and administrative units, providing an opportunity to explore the latest digital updates and mechanisms for utilizing them to strengthen the college's online presence and deliver more organized, accurate, and effective academic and media content.
The workshop addressed several important practical topics, most notably an introduction to the new platforms available through the University’s website, with particular emphasis on the Lectures Platform and the Academic Dashboard. Participants were also introduced to the procedures for uploading and organizing faculty lectures and course materials in a manner that facilitates easy access for students.
The workshop further emphasized the importance of regularly updating academic content and uploading course lectures in accordance with approved procedures, thereby reinforcing the role of the university website as an effective tool supporting the educational process rather than serving solely as a media platform for publishing news and activities.
In addition, the workshop covered mechanisms for preparing and publishing university news, with particular emphasis on accuracy, reliability, information integrity, and professional journalistic writing. Attention was also given to publishing scientific and academic articles that reflect the scholarly contributions of faculty members and highlight the achievements of academic departments and colleges.
These areas are particularly important to the College of Administrative Sciences, given its commitment to utilizing digital platforms to showcase its scientific and academic activities, strengthen communication with students, and promote its programs and initiatives in the fields of management, business, innovation, and sustainable development.
The college's participation in this workshop forms part of its continuous efforts to enhance its digital performance and keep pace with the technological developments adopted by the university presidency, in alignment with its vision of achieving administrative excellence, fostering business innovation, preparing future leaders, and supporting sustainable development pathways.
The College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University continues to develop and update its digital platforms and publish lectures, news, academic articles, and scientific activities, thereby strengthening digital communication with students, faculty members, and the wider academic community.
