The Department of Smart Medical Systems at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, followed up on the promotion and election procedures for selecting student representatives for the second and fourth stages for the 2026–2027 academic year on Sunday, October 4, 2026. This took place during a meeting between the Department Rapporteur and students from both stages. The meeting introduced students to the importance of selecting student representatives and their role in conveying their colleagues’ needs, feedback, and suggestions to the department. This contributes to strengthening direct communication between students and the academic department, supporting the educational environment, and organizing student activities. The meeting also explained the approved promotion and election procedures and regulations, while providing students with the opportunity to express their views and select their representatives in an organized and transparent manner. This contributes to strengthening student participation in university life and fostering a sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. This activity is part of the Department of Smart Medical Systems’ commitment to enhancing student participation in academic and student affairs, activating channels of communication and dialogue between students and the department, and supporting a university environment based on cooperation, interaction, and shared responsibility.
