Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, the Department of Chemical and Oil Industries Engineering took part in activities at the registration hall of Al-Mustaqbal University. The event was part of the College’s efforts to introduce prospective students and their families to its academic departments. The department’s representatives provided an overview of the program, including its theoretical and practical courses and future career opportunities. They also explained the importance of the specialization in the oil, industrial, and energy sectors and answered students’ questions to help them choose a university program suited to their interests and ambitions. The Dean emphasized the importance of active participation by the College’s departments in the registration hall and of providing prospective students with clear and accurate information about the academic and career opportunities offered by the various engineering disciplines. This initiative is part of the College of Engineering’s plan to engage with prospective students and introduce them to its programs and specializations.
