A specialized workshop was held to develop and update the website, where Mr. M.M. and Shamsi Diya Flash explained the updates made to the website and how to effectively deal with them. The workshop focused on improving the quality of news and data on the website, aiming to enhance user experience and increase the effectiveness of the website in disseminating content and information. Discussions during the workshop included the use of new features recently introduced, with a focus on how to better utilize them to enhance user experience. The classroom booking system was also discussed, clarifying methods of filling out and efficiently using it to facilitate the booking process and improve room management. Updates were practically and directly applied to the computers used during the workshop. Opportunities were provided for representatives of the departments to interact with the system and experience how to use it themselves, contributing to enhancing their understanding of the subject and improving their capabilities in effectively dealing with the system.<br /><br />At the end of the workshop, potential problems that participants might encounter while using the website or the classroom booking system were presented, and effective solutions were provided. Participants also presented their suggestions and opinions, which were carefully listened to and considered.
