In line with the University of Al-Mustaqbal’s commitment to enhancing the accuracy of examination procedures and reinforcing principles of transparency and academic integrity, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, conducted on 24/5/2026 a comprehensive field tour to review the work of the central and sub-examination committees across several university colleges. The tour included the Colleges of Medical Technologies, Human Medicine, and Engineering at the University of Al-Mustaqbal. He was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs; Asst. Prof. Dr. Zahraa Haleem, Dean of the College of Medical Technologies; Prof. Dr. Wala’a Al-Falluji, Dean of the College of Medicine; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Shaker Majdi, Dean of the College of Engineering. The visit involved precise on-site monitoring of the workflow within the examination committees, where the President and accompanying delegation reviewed the mechanisms of electronic and manual correction and auditing of answer booklets, ensuring accuracy in grading and evaluation procedures to guarantee fairness in awarding students their due rights. The delegation also examined examination papers to ensure their comprehensiveness, clarity, and compliance with academic and ministerial standards, in addition to reviewing attendance and absence records and ensuring that all logistical requirements within examination halls were properly met. The tour further included visits to examination halls to directly observe the organization of the exams, reflecting the university leadership’s commitment to providing a stable and well-structured examination environment that enables students to perform their exams smoothly and transparently. This follow-up comes as part of the University of Al-Mustaqbal’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of the educational process and reinforce standards of academic integrity and rigor across all aspects of examination work, ensuring that each student receives full entitlement based on precise academic principles. At the conclusion of the tour, the University President expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the deanships of the colleges, heads, and members of the examination committees for their great efforts, high level of organization, and dedication in performing their duties. He emphasized that the accuracy of the examination committees’ work represents one of the most important pillars of the success of the educational process at the university.
