Under the patronage and direct supervision of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and with the follow-up of Professor Dr. Mudhafar Al-Zuhairi, Director of Academic Supervision, the Continuing Education Center at the University, headed by Professor Dr. Wael Al-Nadawi, announced on June 20, 2026, the launch of a series of training courses under the "Artificial Intelligence Literacy" Program. The initiative aims to develop digital skills and enhance participants' readiness to keep pace with the rapidly evolving technological transformation. The first course of the program witnessed broad participation from faculty members, staff, and students, with the attendance of a distinguished group of academics and specialists in artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies. This reflects the University's commitment to adopting the latest global trends in education and professional training. The launch of this program comes as part of Al-Mustaqbal University's strategy to build an advanced academic environment capable of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into education, scientific research, and university administration, thereby enhancing institutional performance and promoting a culture of digital innovation. The program targets all segments of the university community, including faculty members, employees, and students. It consists of six progressive training levels based on the approved Artificial Intelligence Literacy Framework: • AI Awareness Course (A1) • AI Basic User Course (A2) • AI Intermediate User Course (B1) • AI Advanced User Course (B2) • AI Professional User Course (C1) • AI Expert User Course (C2) The program seeks to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to understand artificial intelligence technologies and their practical applications. It also introduces modern AI concepts and various AI domains, including analytical, predictive, and generative artificial intelligence, while enhancing participants' ability to effectively utilize these technologies in academic and administrative contexts.
