The Artificial Intelligence Incubator at Future University, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, launched its 2026 Summer Robotics Programs. This initiative reflects the university's commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, developing students' technical skills, and preparing a generation capable of keeping pace with the rapid advancements in robotics and artificial intelligence. The program's launch witnessed a strong turnout from students and parents, building on the success of previous editions. These successes resulted in the incubator's teams participating in numerous championships and competitions, achieving top rankings both locally and internationally. This has solidified the program's position as one of the leading specialized training initiatives in this field. The program includes four training tracks designed to suit different age groups and academic levels. It begins with the **VEX GO** track, designed for children aged 6-9, which focuses on developing logical and creative thinking and teaching the fundamentals of programming and robotics. This is followed by the **VEX IQ** track for the 10-14 age group, which aims to develop programming skills, sensor control, and the design of intelligent robots. The program also includes the **VEX V5** track for the 15-19 age group, which provides advanced training in robot design and programming, and allows participants to work within engineering teams to implement competitive projects. Additionally, there is the **VEX AI** track, designed for university students and experienced participants, which focuses on artificial intelligence applications, computer vision, and advanced algorithms, preparing them for participation in the VEX AI World Championships. The program is implemented within the AI Incubator labs at Future University, through hands-on training supervised by a select group of specialists, in a modern educational environment aimed at honing skills in creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical applications. The incubator emphasized that the program represents an integrated platform for discovering and nurturing young talent, and preparing participants to compete in national and international forums, thus contributing to the development of a cadre possessing the technical and leadership skills necessary to contribute to the digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The program is supervised by Dr. Musaddaq Maher Abdul Zahra, an internationally certified trainer (TOT), Director of the Artificial Intelligence Incubator at Future University, and Head of the Scientific Committee at the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate – Babylon Branch. He emphasized that the program aims to cultivate a generation of innovators capable of transforming ideas into technological projects that contribute to serving society and supporting sustainable development. The Artificial Intelligence Incubator invites all students and interested individuals to enroll in its training programs and take advantage of the educational opportunities it offers, embarking on a journey of knowledge into the world of robotics and artificial intelligence, thus opening up vast horizons for excellence and creativity.
