Al-Mustaqbal University has achieved a new academic milestone by securing a place in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings for 2027. Ranked in the 1201–1400 band globally—out of 2,297 universities across 118 countries and regions—the university has demonstrated significant progress in its academic and research performance, thereby strengthening its presence on the global university landscape. The ranking results highlighted Al-Mustaqbal University’s excellence within Iraq, placing it: 🥇 First among Iraqi private universities. 🥈 Second among Iraqi public universities (excluding the Kurdistan Region). 🥈 Second in Iraq in the "International Outlook" category. 🏅 Fifth in the "Research Environment" category. 🏅 Sixth in the "Research Quality" category.
