Al-Mustaqbal University Participates in the Iraqi Sovereignty Day Celebration at the University of Babylon Al-Mustaqbal University participated in the central celebration organized by the University of Babylon on the occasion of Iraqi Sovereignty Day, under the slogan “The Nation’s Sovereignty Between the Authenticity of Civilization and the Leadership of Science.” The event was attended by several security and academic leaders, college deans, distinguished professors, and cultural figures. Al-Mustaqbal University was represented at the celebration by Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Abd Ali Al-Bawi, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, on behalf of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi. The celebration featured a series of scientific and educational presentations addressing various aspects of the national occasion, alongside a patriotic poem. It also included the opening of two art and photography exhibitions showcasing significant moments in Iraq’s history, its rich civilizational heritage, and its national spirit. Al-Mustaqbal University’s participation reaffirms its commitment to active engagement in national occasions, strengthening academic and community relations, and promoting the values of belonging, awareness, and national responsibility.
