As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to promoting student participation and strengthening communication within the university community, the Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department organized nomination and election procedures to select student representatives for the second and third academic years for the 2026–2027 academic year. The process included a meeting with students from both academic levels. The meeting highlighted the importance of selecting student representatives and their role in conveying their fellow students’ needs, observations, and suggestions to the department. This initiative aims to strengthen direct communication between students and the academic department, contribute to improving the educational environment, and support the effective organization of student affairs. The meeting also addressed the nomination, campaigning, and election procedures, explaining the relevant regulations and guidelines. Students were given the opportunity to express their opinions and select their representatives in an organized and transparent manner, encouraging active participation in university life and promoting the values of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. This activity reflects the Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department’s commitment to encouraging student involvement in academic and student affairs, activating channels of communication and dialogue between students and the department, and fostering a university environment built on cooperation, interaction, and shared responsibility.
