On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Dr. Miqdad Al-Jumaili on assuming his new duties as Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs and taking over the management of the Ministry in an acting capacity.
