Future University organized a scientific event to showcase its achievements in international rankings and discuss scientific and academic performance indicators. The event was attended by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the university’s assistants, deans, directors of departments and divisions, as well as a number of faculty members and staff. During the event, the University President emphasized that the achievements reflect the collective efforts of the university’s staff and the importance of continued development in scientific research, strengthening high-quality academic publishing, and expanding cooperation with international universities and institutions to improve academic performance. The event featured presentations delivered by the Assistant President for Student Affairs and Educational Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bayawi; the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Prof. Dr. Muzafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi; the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, Prof. Dr. Tariq Jawad Kadhim; and the Director of the Global Rankings Unit, Ali Abbas Zuwain. The presentations reviewed the university’s results in international rankings, performance indicators, key strengths, and areas requiring further development. Among the major achievements highlighted was the university’s first-place ranking among Iraqi private universities in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings for Sustainability 2026. The university also made its debut in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027, placing in the 1201–1400 global band, alongside its results in research and subject-specific rankings. The event concluded by emphasizing the importance of using performance analysis results to develop clear improvement plans, monitor their implementation, and strengthen cooperation among the university’s colleges and departments, supporting its continued pursuit of academic and research excellence. #Future_University_Ranks_First_Among_Iraqi_Private_Universities
