We are obliged to note that Assist Prof. Dr. Akram Faraj Al-Rubaie, Head of Media Department at Al-Mustaqbal University College, has participated in the Meeting of Media Deans Committee, which has been convened at the College of Media / Iraqi University, Baghdad.
The meeting has dealt with a number of issues related to the development process of Higher Education & Scientific Research in Iraq, including the necessity to unify structure and designation of Media Colleges & Departments, attracting Experts to give Lectures, in addition to establishing and developing Assessment Standards that can be adopted by all media institutions. Media Curricula has also been discussed with the recommendations and decisions of previous meetings.
