We are obliged to note that the Agency President has pointed out in his Opening Speech that choosing Al-Mustaqbal University, in addition to the University of Baghdad, as Essential and Active Partners in this important project has not come out of nowhere, but rather because both Universities do enjoy a Scientific and Academic Reputation, with highly distinguished efforts in the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, and thus occupying a Major Role in Higher Education Sector at Local and International Levels.
For his part, Prof Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific & Academic Supervision at Al-Mustaqbal University, has emphasized the importance of working on the success of this Promising Project that would undoubtedly have a significant impact on the implementation of the Development Plan as Ideas, Initiatives and Qualitative Research shall be transferred into Real Projects.
Finally, it is worth noting that TISCs shall focus on providing support to Researchers so that they could have easy access to Electronic Sources of Scientific and Technical Patents as well as Publications regarding Intellectual Property, all along with proper training, and providing basic information on Industrial Property Laws, Management, Strategies, Technology Exploitation and Marketing.
