Academic Biography

a Lecturer holding a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences (Numerical Analysis), currently serving as the Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Mustaqbal University. With more than ten years of experience in higher education, I specialize in quality assurance, academic accreditation, strategic planning, institutional performance management, and university rankings. I take pride in leading Al-Mustaqbal University’s institutional accreditation initiative, advancing quality management systems, and directing accreditation and continuous improvement teams. I also serve as a National Evaluator for both the Iraqi Council for Institutional Accreditation and the Iraqi Council for Educational Accreditation. I am committed to fostering a culture of quality and institutional excellence while implementing international best practices to support sustainable development and enhance the quality of higher education.
